containing 3D solid objects. These files cause the following sequence of messages displayed during the Open Vector
To determine if your ImageCAD PLUS 2000 is the 'first build' version, use the gInfo command at
the GTXImage CAD program Command: line. The gInfo command will display the program command

We have provided downloadable 'Patch' files to add support for the display of 3D Solid objects to
GTXImage CAD Plus 2000. NOTE: These files only add display capability and WILL NOT provide
3D Solid drawing creation ability for the GTXImage CAD PLUS 2000 program. The patch files are named
Model1.zip, Model2.zip and Model3.zip. All of these files are required to provide the complete set of Modeler
DLLs which, when unzipped, comprise the following list of 25 files:
Applying the Patch
To apply the patches, UNZIP Model1.ZIP, Model2.ZIP and Model3.ZIP directly to the program folder
where you installed Image CAD PLUS 2000. If you are unsure of the location of this file
folder you may use the Windows 'Search for Files and Folders' utility to search all local
drives for a file named ICAD.exe which is contained within Image CAD PLUS 2000 folder.
NOTE: Administrative privileges for the Operating System are NOT required to complete the patch
if the program is installed locally.
It should be easy to test for successful results; open a vector file which contains a 3D Solid object.
Watch the Image CAD Command line for the statement:
Loading Modeler DLLs
If error messages do not appear and the Image CAD program continues to run until the
vector drawing displays correctly, you have successfully completed the patch process.
